Life is all about having the right attitude

image-source-stockfresLife is all about attitudes. Attitudes affect our behavior but it is also true behavior affects our attitude.

Every time we go to a party, social or spiritual function- we sing, we dance, we laugh. Even if we arrived the venue as depressed or sad, as we unconsciously mimic the motions of singing, dancing or laughing, we trigger a new set of positive emotions and these in no time create a positive attitude.
By mimicking these happy people we become happy too.
You may have no control over why we were born or to whom we were born, heritage or family history and circumstances but we can decide to choose a positive outlook on life.
You can decide to alter our outlook from negative to positive and we should.
At the end of life, it’s all going to be about choices- what we chose to do and not do when we had a life.
And the best choices, they are made when you have the right attitude.
“Be not afraid of life. Believe that life is worth living, and your belief will help create the fact.”
― William James; 1897
